Thus far the store has been lit by flat emissive panels. (Essentially 1 pixel tall rectangles of light.) This has done well for visibility but makes everything look pretty evenly lit and flat. Blockbuster, on the other hand, was lit with noisy flickering fluorescent lighting panels. So this is one step closer to that, swapping the emissive rectangles out for emissive tubes. Later I’ll find some diffusion that’ll give the light some texture, and likely tune the warmth/coldness off in some of the “bulbs.”
